This position is entitled to a very HIGH PACED recruiting,
filling multiple positions in the South Florida Tri-County Area.
Interviewing a high number of candidates a day.
Must be Fluent in English and Spanish. As well as being
able to travel to multiple locations in South Florida.
- Field Recruiter Specialist
- Make 40 - 50+ calls per day
- Conduct phone, Zoom and face-to-face
interviews with candidates
- Communicate with candidates in
both written and oral forms
- Collaborate with Recruiting
Team in hiring 10-15 qualified candidates per week
- Display a high sense of urgency
to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to overcome obstacles
and setbacks
- Contact and schedule potential
candidates to interview
- Connecting with outreach
organizations
- Assist in the creation of job
orders, advertisement in employment boards, and platforms
- Assist with on-boarding
paperwork completion and revision
- Actively engage with operations
staff, supervisors, and upper management staff in hiring needs
- Team player, collaborate and
work together with the mobile unit crew hosting events every day of the
week in different locations in South Florida
- Report to Manager multiple
times a day with updates on staffing
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience
in Recruiting of Human Resources
- Knowledge of Indeed and other
recruiting websites
- Excellent Customer Service
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft
Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Job placement experience,
recruiter, and on-boarding in the service industry
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English and
Spanish
- Dynamic individual, able to
multitask
- Self-Driven and Professional
- Background Check/ Drug Test
- Valid Driver's License (needs
to drive small RV)
- Reliable Transportation
- Open to travel locally
